Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to your department to complain about my new Extreme K12 MP3 player that I bought from The Cheapest Electronic in Pardubice on 5th June.

When I turn it on, it turns off in a few minutes. I tried changing the batteries, but it did not help. The button on the side is not working, either, so I cannot change the volume. My next complaint is related to the wrong information which I was given. The assistant told me that the MP3 Player comes from Switzerland, but there is a sign “Made in Vietnam” on the gadget.

I am enclosing the MP3 player together with the receipt. I would appreciate if you could repair it. If this is not possible, could you please send me a new one?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

Tomáš Marný
